My teenage son went and saw this a few weeks ago, and he said he was one of a few young people in the entire audience, it was mostly adults

Feels like we are devolving as a society where grown men like to go see young guys dressed up in tights fighting imaginary bad guys

Feel good movie, despite making Jean Grey a horrible person.

Your brain is distorting your view of the world in the context of how you wish it was.

It’s ok bud. You’re safe here.

Character arcs are hard for people to understand. Not your fault

They made Jean Grey a mass murderer. That's not the character arc you want for your protagonist jumping off on.

Ehh... ticket inflation is doing a ton of work on that front.

Our dads typically went and saw Star Wars, Star Trek, Flash Gordon, and they watched the Hulk, the greatest American Hero and lots of other hero-based action content.

Shut up.

The director of the film is telling you she didn't.

Anyone who saw the movie knows that's a lie. She obviously killed multiple people.

It was definitely an odd character decision but not a total gamechanger for me.

If the guy she walked in front of a bus didn't die, he's severely maimed for life.

Same with the guy she had to leave trapped on a crane.

And I guess we're supposed to believe all of the people in the building she blew up magically survived...?

DO NOT READ MY POST IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS

Sure would be great to have a spoilers function.
