He may be democrat, but he definitely leans right or is at least down the middle.
On one of the podcast episodes when his campaign was first announced, Rider Strong made it a point to say while Ben is his friend, he wouldn't endorse him because they are polar opposite politically.
And Rider Strong is not conservative.

He's running to represent a district that contains West Hollywood (a.k.a. gay central). He's probably going to have to put a dick in his mouth before this is all over to get the gay vote.
