I remember when this network actually taught you how to cook fine dinning restaurant quality food. Now it’s game shows, talk shows, and how to cook something in 5 minutes that you should already know how to cook. I quit watching Food Network years ago.

youre right, and i used to complain about this until i realized if i want to learn to cook something there are a shite ton of youtube content out there just as entertaining as almost anything FN put put out.

variety

they kissed and made up.

Bobby Flay and Discovery’s Food Network have reached an agreement on a new three-year contract, a deal that comes about six weeks after negotiations stalled because the sides were too far apart on financial terms.

I know there are Food Network people out there.

I used to be a big fan of Bobby Flay but in these last several years fame really seems to have gotten to his head. In fact there are a few personalities on that channel that seem to have gotten pretty pompous.

I enjoy "Beat Bobby Flay" which the wife and I watch together most mornings
