Not quite as good as Season 3, nut I do agree it was an extremely consistent season with no real bad episodes. There's not a Waldo Moment.

Black Museum is a bit of a grand unified theory of BLACK MIRROR which, to be honest, I didn't need, but I know plenty do. If you like Easter eggs, this is your episode. I thought it was a lesser version of White Christmas, but still a nice way to close it out.

Crocodile, I think, is titled that way because of the way a croc kills you, latching on and slowly pulling you under. Just a guess. That episode is a slow motion train crash. Every scene leads to the next.

I loved Metalhead, which was pretty much The Invaders from the Twilight Zone for pure terror. Totally different plot, just the feel of it. It's short, but intense as hell. Also, I think there's some subtle commentary for the spoiler thread. But it works as a straight horror episode.

But Callister and Hang the DJ were definitely the high points. Arkangel could have done more with the premise. My wife and I were relieved it didn't go the places we immediately thought of.

It’s not hard to notice someone’s race or gender, and I have no doubt these shows are trying to be as inclusive as possible.

BUT I don’t care so long as it’s good stuff.

Didn't seen it mentioned, but Arkangel was directed by Jodie Foster.

Yeah it was basically dark for the sake of darkness. Stretched the belief of how shitty ppl can be.

Don't know that it's stretching it that much. People will do crazy stuff if they know their risk of getting caught is pretty high otherwise.

Callister was my favorite. I enjoyed the hell out of black museum, I can listen to those twisted stories all day long.

Arkangel is one where I get where people may be meh on but I really liked it. iPhone became a thing my senior year in high school. I had some many stoned conversations about how that tech was going ruin being a teenager. I also knew a dude that had a “incident” not unlike what happened at the end of that episode but more fricked up

Yeah Black Museum was my favorite.

I can see why people love Callister with the fantasy aspect but to me it was a total rip-off of Twilight Zone movie.

Metalhead was a good chase flick.

Overall - wasn't nearly as original or cool as previous seasons...but, you run out of ideas.

Do you think that Crocodile was a Noir?

Probably obvious Easter egg but didn't see it mentioned here. The song the guy remembers in Crocodile playing from the pizza truck accident is from 15 million Fibers episode

I don't think it did. You had someone build a great life and doesn't want their past to ruin it - especially when they were an unwitting participant and covered for someone.

Yeah I posted that as I was watching. Noticed it was all throughout afterwards

And just noticed I had a typo with "fifteen million fibers". I meant "fifteen million merits"
I was mixing it up with the South Park episode with Oprah's mingy

I recognized those chimes in the beginning and familiarity radar went off.

Just saw the end of Crocodile.

Well she went off the deep end, I thought it was just the first guy.

I guess it's about how people can devolve into defending their life and livelihood at all costs.

Did anyone hear the dad say he lived for 2000 years they didn't expand on that at all. Or did I hear that wrong?

No it isn't

Hang the DJ the guy was at least equally if not more the protagonist than the girl

Black museum the dad with the teddy bear was pretty much an antagonist.

In metal head the antagonist was a damn robot dog.

In USS Callister the most tragic character was the Guy with the son who was the CEO and he was a protagonist that saved the day.

You are purposely looking for shite.
