I'm going to add Carla Turk. Although I blame the writers for her. She didn't start off the Scrubs series so annoying and psychotic, but she finished that way.

Carla was a sexy, smart, witty girl from the block when the series started and by the third season she was neurotic, insecure and all full of crazy. She got even worse when her and Turk got married.
