Holly: Oh ---- i'm so sorry i've been such a

Holly: such a i'm like dodging and i'm sorry

Nichole will almost surely save Cliff so Holly has to go up. It comes down to if Cliff and Nichole want another duo or Jackson and Tommy going into the final four.

While I don't put much stock in the differentiation most "super fans" will argue that Holly won't be backdoored since she played in the veto.
Some useless trivia:
Jace was the first-ever backdoor in season 5.
In BB19 Cody was the first to be successfully backdoored twice.

At final four, all winning HOH does is guarantee the winner's safety that week. The winner of the POV is the one that has the power to decide who goes home since they are the one that decides who goes home since they basically decide who stays on the block or forces the HOH to put up the lone remaining player as the replacement, and then they have the lone eviction vote.
But your point remains valid. I'm much rather be going into the final 4 veto against Jackson and Holly than Jackson and Tommy.

I highly doubt she does.
She’s in an alliance with Jackson and Holly as well. Her and Jackson in particular seem very close at this point so I don’t see her using the veto just to make him put his GF up.
They all need to get rid of Tommy seeing as how every juror was in his alliance at this point. Finish off the six then see who wins out of this Final Four they’ve been rolling with. Simple

Cause her alliance with Cliff is stronger. She gets him off the block so that her and Cliff have full control of the vote.
They can still take Tommy out if they want.

If I'm Nicole and Cliff I'd feel much better about my odds going into the final four with saving Tommy and working with him to get Jackson out.
Jackson/Holly are a bigger threat to Nicole/Cliff winning over Tommy. Holly/Jackson have owned the HOH in the last month. If you've got a shot to take one of them out, you do it.

I know Holly has been a factor in this run of HOH's with Jackson, but am I crazy in thinking that the only two people who deserve to win this season are Jackson and Cliff (assuming Tommy goes home)?

I wouldn't mind Cliff or Nicole winning because they are good people but I just can't root against Jackson. The dude has won comp after comp and hasn't needed any help other than Holly sometimes to get him where he is at. It is rare to see someone that plays that hard make it as far as he has in this game.
I say all that but a bitter jury could vote for whoever is against him because this game has gotten petty.

I think the only person Jackson beats in a final 2 is Holly.
