the Bean knew he set a trap with his goodbye messages and Paul walked blindly into it with his lying all the way to the end .

he didn't have an endgame setup so perfectly with xmas.

Bean literally got lucky and walked into that trap he set accidentally. But it didn't matter in the end everyone voted like I thought they would

yea, luck was involved.

had Paul owned up to everything he wins going away. but he didn't. and Josh banked on that.

Alex: "im voting for the person who stabbed me in the front, not the back"

I could be wrong but I think he's being given too much credit for this. Unless he's like verbal kent or something I doubt he was masterminding this lynchpin of his game for months. I think it's more likely he just said the truth to people and it ended up playign out beautifully for him.

Guys just want to say I've been out of the country and haven't been able to watch the last week and a half, so thanks for keeping this thread up.

So glad Josh and Cody beat Paul out and can't wait to watch the last few episodes.

Looking forward to hopefully a great season on celebrity BB!!!

I think Cody's IDGAF attitude took people aback at first. It was only later after all the bullying and seeing that he was spot on from day one about PP and how people weren't playing the game for themselves that people really started liking him more and viewed that attitude differently.

In a season of 90% of them either being fake or just plain stupid, his realness endeared him to folks.

Though it's the ultimate irony that the HG that was just relentlessly made fun of for the first few weeks ends up winning the season.

Spot on. At first I thought he was a try-hard and didn't particularly care for him, but he was one of the VERY few that just seemed like a real person. All the others were just such awful, despicable people and for the most part complete phonies.

All part of what was maddening about the entire season. They didn't seem to know where they were and what they were there for.

It wasn't as accidental as you might think. Over the last few evictions it became obvious to him that Paul was letting him and xmas take all the blame while he got off with no blood.

Josh recognized this and used his goodbyes to blow up Paul game without Paul's knowledge. Josh did get lucky that Paul just didn't own it last night. Paul continued to insult everyone's intelligence. If Paul would have just owned it last night, and said Yeah, I was the mastermind, it may have helped with the damage Josh had done to his game. Could that have swung one vote? We will never know, but it would have given him a chance.

I think the very first question about whether PP masterminded the bullying is what did him in with those who voted against him.

They all knew at that point he was the one that started all that shite and pushed it with each HG targeted every week. To act like he really had nothing to do with it was a bitch move, and probably why Cody picked Josh.

Yep if Paul would have owned it and told everyone he was the mastermind, I believe he would have had Cody's vote.

Winning the pov the week Alex went home is what I believe really screwed Paul's game. He was already hoh and should have allowed Josh and XMas to take all the heat.

Awesome result last night!

How the hell did it the 2nd part of the HOH comp take 1.5 hours? That should have been won in 30 minutes.

Xmas thinking Josh made the right move evicting her since she thought she would beat him

How is being a super fan some big surprise or strategy for Josh?

Paul got what he deserved . . . Raven draped all over him

Paul not owning up to it killed him at the end.

He still continued to lie to the jury during the questions placing blame on everyone but himself, final nail in the coffin.

If he owns it he wins.

i don't disagree with any of this. but, i still think over all paul played the best game. obviously jury mgt wasn't his strong point. but, i think the rest of his game was pretty strong.

i have to keep reminding myself that i hate him.but, can't let that cloud my judgement.

Like 4 different times:
Paul: Houseguest, if you're seeing this, something went terribly wrong and I'm all alone now.
Josh: It was all Paul's idea. I have a final 3 with Paul and Christmas. You were the target all along.

This exactly. Quit acting like Paul was the GOAT. He benefitted from a bunch of followers this season. In fact, had Jessica trusted herself and took Ramses off the block, its a completely different game and I don't think he's there at the end.

People need to give Josh more credit. His jury management in goodbye videos, his clownshow that kept the opposite side of the house on suicide watch, and the last few weeks he played his own game and figured Paul out. He played the last HOH comp through to the end perfectly.
