Definitely. They're stupid for not doing it. The punishment for opening it is your is void. Well, at this point, you are not possibly going out this week, which is the last week they are useful, so what does it matter if you void it? You cost yourself nothing but you gain knowledge of who must have it.

Since they didn't deliberately save Frank, I highly doubt they rig things for Paulie tonight. If he as the RT, it's purely by luck.

Yep. My only guess as to why they didn't is that production must've asked them not to do it at some point. Either that or they are too stupid to think to do it.

I just can't imagine HOW they would have rigged the RT in Paulie's favor. Unless they knew where he put his and swapped them out during a lockdown. But if he has it, I definitely see the conspiracy theories firing up.

It's easy. They hand it to Julie to open. All they have to do is put a round trip and one way in every envelope. Julie can pull out whichever one she is instructed to. I am not saying that this is happening, just pointing out how easy it is.

the only problem wiht that is it requires 100% perfect execution on her part. If her finger accidentally pulled up even just the teeniest bit of the other one, it would be right there for America to see that there's 2 envelopes and they'd have no way to really explain that.
I don't think it's rigged, but if they were to want to cheat it'd be real simple. They could just have a backup envelope with the RT in it with no number on it, wait til the house goes outside for a comp, write the number of the player on said envelope then go in their bag and switch it out.

Yeah, it's not to hard to cheat that thing if they want to. There are probably 20 different ways to do it if they were inclined to do so.
