So what happens if a HG opens it because they don't give a crap and find out there's 2 tickets. They'd cry production interference. I don't think they'd take that risk.

Another hole in that would be if the HGs opened theirs on the feeds and pulled out two before they could cut to fish, and even then they couldn't cut out every time they talked about it without completely giving it away.

That is possible, but I was just showing there are a 100 ways to rig that if they want to.

And he just gave you a reason why it can't be rigged in that way...
Obviously, there are ways to rig it but not in the way you say. The easiest is giving them all one way tickets and switching it out during lockdowns.
I don't think they rig it though because it's a lot of risk for very little reward.
