Well she took 4, and then 4 more later on. I'm not sure of the space in between, but it probably wasn't more than a couple of hours at the most.

I've taken that many before in about that timeframe. My guess is she did it on an empty stomach. I've gotten nauseous off 4 when I took them on an empty stomach, but never thrown up.

She did say a few days ago that she hasn't had her period since she's been in the house. She said she knows she's not pregnant because she hasn't had sex is awhile...but who knows.

True, but other signs are starting to add up. She hasn't had her period for going on 2 months, she's starting to puke all over the place, her mood has drastically changed since the season started, and she's gaining weight. If James isn't careful he'll end up supporting yet another kid that isn't his.
For all we know Victor might've tagged her the week before the feeds came on and dropped her right after, and that is why she was so pissed at him and called him out on national tv for being disrespectful to women.

Ole James is in a bad, bad spot right now, and doesn't even realize it. Victor and Paul have talked about clipping him at 5, and now Meech seems to be thinking the exact same thing.
His only real chance to get past 5 is to align with Corey and Nicole once Paulie is out. But Nat will never let that happen because she can't stand Nicole. It probably doesn't matter though because I doubt James has enough awareness to realize that Corey & Nicole are his only chance.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves, it's still too early to play his cards.
