Casting and production on this show need to be revamped
Every season since 14 I have stopped watching midshow and I'm one of the biggest fans of the game, and I feel like both casting and production are ruining it

It's a weird mix casting wise. You get recruits off tinder who have no idea what they're doing and superfans that realize all they have to do is sleep for 6 weeks and then start playing. So we're left with idiots and boring people.
Not saying casting is easy, but I feel like finding good looking, competitive people with normal social ques and a little native intelligence can't be this hard to find.

All they should look for in casting is two things:
1) An understanding of how the game works
2) A competitive desire to win the game.
If they bring up instagram or twitter followers - DO NOT CAST.
That's it. Age, gender, race be damned. Make it interesting by finding interesting people who want to play.

Once Frank is out, sadly I think Victor is my new favorite simply because I haven't had to endure as many weeks of him as I've had with the rest.

Sadly, I cancelled my sub a week ago. This is ridiculous... I might pick it back up for season 19, or at least when start trek comes out. Word is they have a new casting director for next season, one can hope. I'm sick of the last 4 seasons being full of shitty casting, which leads to the most uninteresting show ever. Maybe it's this generation? Maybe they need to just cast older people... but it's not working. This show will end up cancelled before long if they don't change.

Yep it's been bad the last few years. I didn't mind 16 too much because it has some entertaining people and Derrick played so well. Other than that, they've all sucked since 14.
