Yellowstone S1 was a good slow burn. S2 starts in a few weeks.
Bosch S5 came out a month ago, the entire series is worth watching.
There are not any shows in production right now that are in the same "elite" status as GoT (and The Wire, Breaking Bad, etc) but there are a dozen "worth watching" type shows that are listed in the daily "what should I binge next" thread.
