I remember Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer disturbing me when I saw it long ago, but as for best I guess Zodiac is probably the one I liked the best of the ones I've seen.
Citizen X would be a close second.

I've mentioned this in another movie thread but "The Town That Dreaded Sundown" scared the living shite out of me because I was a kid when this came out in the early days of cable and it still gives me the creeps.

I've only seen zodiac once, but I dont remember it being that great. Good, just not great
Maybe it was because I was really excited about it and built it up to much before I went to the theater. Probably should rewatch it. I just remeber being let down.
