I generally don't nap, but if I just want some ambient noise on I'll usually put on The Office
I've seen every episode 3 or 4 times so it doesn't keep me awake and I also have dreams that I'm hanging with Michael Scott.
For my dad it was golf. Growing up we would go to church, eat Sunday lunch, then he would put golf on and almost immediately fall asleep in the recliner. But if we changed it while he was sleeping he would wake up right away and yell at us like he was totally into whatever tournament was being played.
