Batman: Well you're not thinking straight!
Robin: Oh, but I am. For the first time in a long time.

TCM, AMC, IFC, Sundance all listed right next to each other on Uverse. Great go to section when nothing is on.

Never understood the downright hatred for Batman Forever. The film does have its cheesy moments but I think it balances the goth and neon lights pretty well. I really liked Jim Carrey as The Riddler and didn't really mind Val Kilmer as Bruce Wayne/Batman.

I almost posted this last night. Forever gets unwarranted hate IMO.

It's not some sort of great, deep piece of cinema. But it's a very solid comic book movie. It's over-the-top cheesy and cartoonish, but that works for comic book movies a la the Spiderman trilogy. Carrey was fantastic as a sadistic Riddler. Kilmer was believable as Wayne. TLJ wasn't good with Two-Face, but I bought into it because of the source material (I've never read comics, but just being that the source is comics). The plot is outlandish and weird, but I always kinda felt like that's what they were trying to be. I enjoyed it.

Batman & Robin was the first movie in the history of Hollywood made solely to sell toys. They seriously took a toy line and designed a movie around it.

This movie defines awesomely terrible.

Air surfing on the metal doors and how Batman has a gadget for every scenario (bat skates, some part with these little things that get super hot and melt everything) are the best

Why did Batman adopt a 28 year old man?

The least mentioned and, imo, most absurd part of that shitfest.

Yeah the last two movies redefined the term "utility belt." That thing seemed infinite.

Right next to the mosquito repellant in Wal Mart

I was 13-14 when this movie came out and it was the first one I can recall recognizing as a complete piece of crap.
