Vision can alter his look. That is not the stones doing. Ripping it out would not make him turn human, nor would it make sense.
More likely he is hitting on Scarlet Witch right there and trying to look human.

They decided to change the titles. It was going to be Infinity War Part 1 and Infinity War Part 2.
Now it's Infinity War and an untitled second film. I assume they are keeping the title secret because it reveals something....? But I have no idea what that could be?
"Infinity Gauntlet" isn't surprising.
"Resurrection" or something similar might call too much to Thanos winning this movie handily.
I don't know what it could be. The Avengers and the Warlock? The Avengers: The End? The Avengers: Forever?

I agree that some characters need to be killed off, and thanos needs to dominate for awhile until the good guys inevitably win.

Because Thanos is pretty much a God and with the gauntlet he can manipulate reality. He is by far the strongest character in the MCU

In Marvel there are God-tier characters that nearly blink people in and out of reality....literally. You've probably heard of Dark Phoenix or Galactus, maybe not the Living Tribunal or The Beyonder? These guys are in their own tier, and we probably won't see 3 or 4 of them in the MCU, and they are massively powerful.
Below these are another tier of supremely powerful beings that aren't quite as powerful, but can take down whole teams and worlds of superheroes. Thanos is in this tier. He joins the top tier with the Infinity Gauntlet. Thanos is basically invulnerable, even without the gauntlet, and depending on the story has a variety of powers that give him a significant advantage.
Now, they've sort of downgraded the level of power overall in these films - to a degree - but still just assume that Thanos is nearly invulnerable, stronger than Thor, absorbs and disperses cosmic energy which no one can handle, is a supreme tactician, etc. He's a beast.

In the comic books - Adam Warlock a character we haven't seen yet. Additionally Silver Surfer can usually match him.
In the movies - maybe Thor, but apparently Thanos beats him badly sooooo...no one? Maybe Dr. Strange.
