The various space factions that will have a presence that matters are the asgardians, Kree, Nova survivors, skrulls, ravagers.

If Carol doesn't wrangle in Stark and nebula enroute.

Valkyrie and the gang or Ravagers will pick them up. Does anyone know where Sean Gunn has been?

I think what it comes down to is that I don't really like the avengers, there movies are all the same and its somewhat tired.

Hope you don’t watch the X-films..

Anyway.
Avengers 1-formation of team, alien invasion, introduction to Infinity Gauntlet storyline
Age of Ultron-Avengers team at its peak, self destructs when building a automated defense system, an entire city gets destroyed, IG storyline pushed to C-Plot. New team forms, powerhouses leave/missing
Civil War-new spy team has accident, UN wants to disband them, team pillars are officially divided
IW- divided team loses battle with Main Big Bad after all these years.half of creation wiped out.
Endgame-who knows?

Continuing plot thread? Sure.
It’s a continuous story-based off it’s source material.

Same movie rehased? No, you’re just clueless.

TBH Avengers 1 is the only movie that follows the typical "good guys save the world" story arc. In Age of Ultron the threat is a self created issue, an entire city is destroyed, thousands of people needlessly die, and a huge rift between the team is opened up. In Civil War Zemo is actually successful in splitting up the Avengers. In Infinity War half of all life is killed and the villain goes off to his space farm. Things have got nothing but worse for the Avengers throughout the series.

In a way, the A2, CA3, and A3 all accomplish the subversion Rian Johnson thought he was doing with Star Wars. They did it so well you might not even notice it until you really think about how the movies ended.

A fairly entertaining block of movies, but lack innovation.

Anyone who rates Black Panther over Ragnarok is a goddamned moron.

Wow...Ragnarok completely rebooted the Thor series.

Guardians 2 still remains completely underrated. Probably the best father son dynamic(Yondu-Quill-Ego) and love story(Quill-Gamora) in the MCU.

Civil War might best the most rewatchable movie in the MCU.

And Infinity War is a seamless culmination of 5 franchises. Of course, it’s villain is one of the best ever. IW dual hero’s journey setup (Thor and Thanos)was executed at a high level.

All of the ones I mention deserves a full letter grade bump.

It’s what he does. He effectively just derailed the thread because Endgame’s trailer was better than any DC universe flick sans Wonder Woman

I have never argued that the DCEU was anything other than what it is: a mediocre franchise. My biggest sin was saying that I liked the director's cut of Batman v. Superman more than Captain America: Civil War. Since that time, as well as my love for Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, I have been labeled a DC fanboy. While it's true that I like Batman more than any other superhero, it's also true that I am fair and balanced in my reviews. Here, I'll even give you a sample:

Man of Steel (B+)
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice [TC] (C-)
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice [DC] (B)
Suicide Squad (D+)
Wonder Woman (B+)
Justice League (B-)

That's what I think of the DCEU so far. It ranges from poor to good. The MCU films are definitely better as a whole, but they aren't the greatest things since sliced bread like some people here think they are.

Nope. You gave Justice league the same rating as Thor Ragnarok.

That's because they are both on the same level for me. I don't know why this board loves Thor Ragnarok so much. It wasn't THAT good.

Civil War was a great highlight reel for the past, present, and future of the MCU, but it’s narrative was bad. I get that they needed to fracture the team, but you can tell they half assed the plot.

You are completely wrong about Guardians 2 though. It’s the only movie I’ve ever considered seeing more than twice in theaters and if I wasn’t so busy that summer I probably would have seen it 4 or 5 times.

Everything about it was better than the original and the original was great in its own right.

2017 was a stacked year for comic book movies. Justice League was the “worst” of the bunch and that was still a 6.5/10 kind of movie despite being a Frankenstein’s Monster cut of a movie.
