They second one in particular is a lot better than it really has any right to be.

I got blasted on here once for saying that 2 was better than 1. I appreciate that 1 was fairly historically accurate by movie standards but 2 was just a lot of fun and the soundtrack was top-notch. Probably one of the best sequels ever IMO

2 is a great popcorn movie between the action and being funny as hell.

The “Attay!!!” scene comes to mind.

“Jesus Christ, even their horses are crazy!”

Emilio as Billy makes it hard for me to watch any other movie with someone else as Billy. The same with Kurt Russel as Wyatt Earp. Emilio made the character very charismatic.

“I’ll make you famous” is one of my favorite character catch phrases of all time, and I love the “Blaze of Glory” theme throughout.

Upvote for both.

Blaze of Glory is probably the most underrated song specifically written for a movie IMO

The entire soundtrack, especially Santa Fe, is one of my all time favorites.

Same. That scene is powerful with him walking through the graveyard. Saw it again this past week and teared up on that part.

When Chavez goes down, Billy knows the ride has come to an end. He let his guard down and walked to the icehouse without his gun. Garrett was waiting.

Great movies, both of them.
