Probably awful to say…. After watching episode1, I probably would have killer her too if I was her boyfriend
I can already tell… she’s crazy and has some mental/anger/emotional issues

Out in that area it seems it wouldn't be difficult if one just put in the effort to bury it.

Can’t believe the Moab cops put that tool up in a DV hotel the day he was slapping Gabby around.
She was the one that could/should have been arrested that day… not him
She admitted to attacking him

When the Moab Police separated them for the night, why didn't she just drive away? THEY LET HER HAVE THE VAN.
Instead, she went to the motel, picked him up, and they drove away together. SMH

But in his letter, he essentially said he killed her to put her out of her misery due to some injuries she sustained.
Does the show go any more into this? Said it like she was a hurt animal he put down.
Did be really believe this crap or just wouldn’t admit that he murdered her?

I think he just made it up to make it sound like he had to do it.

The cop asked if she had black eyes and new bruises. Go back and look at her arm.
Then they just took his side. It was nuts. The segment started with a pic of her face that clearly had been hit. The witnesses that called 911 said he was the one hitting her.

She did have marks on her face and there was a witness who said he hit her. Seems like the cops had enough to think he could be the aggressor. I imagine in situations like that, the woman usually makes it seem like it's her fault in order to keep the abuser out of trouble.

Ok so the watched the first episode of this last night. That girls parents could have done something!! Both of those kids were very mentally unstable, they needed an adult to tell them this is not a good idea maybe to get in a van and drive across the country! If my 22 year old daughter calls me crying from the back of a police car because of a domestic violence incident, I’m on the next flight to wherever she is to go get her out of there! How could they sit there and do nothing!
I would have gone up there and dragged her arse back home. She might hate me for a while but she’d be alive.
As soon as I hear that someone laid hands on my daughter for any reason my whole world comes to a stop until I have her back home safe and sound. Period.

Yeah his face was all beat up and eyewitnesses said he just pushed her away
Sad story of 2 kids that had serious mental issues, one of them probably a psychopath that lost it when she tried to leave him.

Watching the first episode right now, I dislike both of the two main characters in this story.

No. But she indeed did admit she also hit him.

I’ll never forget the burn after reading letter his mom wrote
That is one evil manipulative diabolical bitch
Just like her son

The mom is the true villain in the story IMO

I'm going to catch a lot of shite for this, but she honestly kind of came across as a manipulative narcissist to me.
Yep that was clear as day. I’m sure having her weird lesbian friend in her ear every day didn’t help her mentally either.
A long road trip on an already rocky relationship is an awful idea.

You know who else I didn’t like? Those two girlfriends of hers they kept interviewing. They were extremely goofy and awkward and seem like the kind that maybe hung out with her a few times but jumped at the chance to be in a documentary.

I think the blonde one was a lesbo and had feelings for Gabby by the way she described it.

I found it odd that Gabby’s siblings werent involved in the doc at all.
But her weird friends were
