I hope the tat is fake. "Leg protrusion" is a good way to describe it. 
So, what's the twist? Do the idols decide who to vote off this week or is no one going home? I hope they don't start messing with things.
ETA: Well, more BS. They vote on whether everyone stays this week and two go home next week or whether one goes home tonight as planned. I hate this. I want to know who goes home tonight. Geez... Stop with the twists and just go with the show as planned.
ETA: Well, that's a surprise. I'm so sad Little Sam is gone. Should have been Jessica. I think he was a "no" vote, ironically. He kept looking down when all the yes votes were read, but it would make more sense for the ones who did really well last night to have voted "no". Maybe he just knew it was his night to leave. Caleb and Jena.... I would think the ones who voted "yes" would be pissed at the ones who voted "no" and want to know who did what.

I think too, he was one of the no votes. I think jess was the other.

I figured it would be 4-1 YES with Jessica being the no. That bitch looks cut throat. I'm surprised it was 3-2. Sam wasn't going to win this thing, but he should have been around 1 more week... Him and Alex probably split some votes though, whereas Jessica gets all the white trash vote.

They gave the contestants the option to vote whether no one went home tonight, or two people go home next week. The vote had to be unanimous. The vote was 3-2. Sam was sent home.

I thought Jess voted yes. She looked happy with the yes votes and she's been in the bottom for the last two weeks, right? The yes voters should be pissed at the no voters. Sam was safe last week, wasn't he? I would think those who were not in the bottom would have voted no. Hell, I don't know, but I was pretty surprised anyone voted no.

Only the people who voted know. Sam was not going past the next round. Jessica is short timing. Alex cannot afford a bad night. But most voters are locked into their favorites and next weeks performance won't change their vote. Sam was a very pure singer. He still could have a career.

i think caleb and jena voted no. I think they believed they were safe and sending someone home would get them 1 step closer to winning.
of the 5 i was hoping it would be alex... he's just too weird for me. the hair, the capri pants....i can see him playing on a cruise ship.
i'm thinking the final 2 will be jena and caleb with jena winning.
jess probably goes home next.

Those are the two that make sense, but Sam looked very sheepish as those yeses were being read like he'd done something wrong and, if he voted no, he didn't know if he was the only one. I'm thinking he though Jess was going home and voted no OR he knew he was going home and wanted to see his dog Buddy and his friends, so he voted no.
I believe everyone thinks the final two will be Jena and Caleb. I hope there's an upset and Alex gets in. I like him, though. I loved Say Something.

Sam should of gone home after the very first live performance he looked completely terrified on stage. But to his credit he actually got better and finally the last 2 weeks he didn't look terrified anymore.

Do any of you think that the people who voted no were confused? I mean they all seem to be a very tight group. Sam had that look of a deer in the headlight look when the first 3 yes votes were announced. He could have voted himself off by accident. Jessica had to feel like she had a good chance of being on the bottom. Unless she was just ready to get it over with. Caleb had to feel he was safe, Could he have voted no? Alex is the most original, Is rock and roll alive enough for Caleb to flourish? Jena has come a long way and she has a unique sounding voice. She could make songs that sell.

Jessica was so terrible. She is still not showing enough emotion. Maybe she broke her neck in a car wreck a long time ago and she just can't move her head very much.

Haven't been through all pages, so I'm sure this has been brought up...I love Alex and his artistry. I really applaud these kids that come on here, and make sons their own. The one thing that I keep wishing Alex would do, is dig deeper into more artistic musicians: Amos Lee, Ben Rector, Jason Walker, Damien Rice, Ron Pope, Paolo Nutini. All of these artists have such beautiful lyrics, in a style that makes you tap into an emotion. He has the ability to make someone drown in emotion. Maybe it's just my taste of music, but I really feel like he fits the mold of these people.
For instance, for a "heartbreak" song, he could have killed "What If You" by Joshua Radin.

I'm just now watching.
In round 1, Caleb was Caleb. I'm starting to get bored with him.
I was thinking the exact same thing after that song. I want to jerk her to get her to move. I think she thought that when she threw her hands up, she was really rocking. She even said she was rocking, but she wasn't rocking. She's still a statue. I don't get it because she looks like a mover.
I just LOVED Alex. WTH, JLo, you settin' him up to be booted this week? Come on! Keith was the same, but not as bad as JLo.
Jena doing Jena, but doing it well. Not her best, but she's good. No denying it. I've never been crazy about her tone for some reason. She's got plenty of range. She's also starting to do a little screaming and I didn't feel like she was singing the song and not feeling this one. Well, I think Keith just expressed it. JLo is for she and Caleb without a doubt.
Round 2
Caleb is screaming at the beginning of this. Didn't get into this one at all. I like the song, but he didn't move me.
Jess trying to move a little more, but she didn't quite have the rock moves of which she sang. Better than the first song, though, but that one was so bad, I don't think she could have been worse. I just don't get her. The judges buried her. Bye bye Jess.
I can't decide about Jena on this Gaga song. Not her best. I'm not sure that was the greatest song choice for her at this juncture.
I don't really like the song Alex sang. He didn't do much for me with this one which makes me sad because I really like him.
I don't think anyone knocked it outta the park in Round 2.
Round 3
I'm glad to hear Caleb do something a little slower, though I thought he rocked it a little too much. Funny how different I think his tone is when he's singing slower. Nice job. I'd like to hear him do some Joe Cocker. Curious how he'd do with that. You Can Leave Your Hat On.
Finally, I felt like Jess was actually IN the song. She was actually getting into the chorus. She's got a distinctive voice and if she would just get into the music like she did with this song, she could be so much better.
Curly hair makes Jena's face look much fuller. Not a good look. She should stick with the straight hair. I want her hair.
Hard to believe she's only 17. Beautiful job with that Elvis song. I like this version a lot.
I loved Alex. Period.
I think Jess hits the road and that's long overdue. I missed my Little Sam. I really hope it's not Alex. He's too different to win, but he's good different and should stay. I even gave him 50 votes after his first song.
