Met some people while working in the French Quarter:
Paul Shaffer. Snooty little bastard.
James Cameron is a prick and a half.
Both Anthony Kiedis (RHCP) and Micky Dolenz (The Monkees) came across as guarded and leery.
Jeff Blauser (ATL Braves): Anal retentive family guy, if that makes any sense
Kevin Dillon is cool as frick. Approachable dude looking to have a nice time. Reminds me of Dave Grohl.
GW Bailey, ironically who played the a-hole Lt Harris in all the Police Academy Movies is by far the nicest star I ever met.
Eddie Money: Family man, and as unpretentious as you can get.
Alexandra Paul (of Baywatch): Down to earth, engaging, and courteous.

I have met my fair share of famous people the only ones who didn't seem like regular normal people were
Kevin Connolly: he gave off a too cool for school vibe.
Lauryn Hill: she wouldn't acknowledge my friend at all despite her reciting every line to Sister Act. It was honestly more weird than douchey because she acknowledged a couple other people but not my friend who was going crazy and she gave her nothing.
I will say the nicest person was Paris Hilton(I know I am stretching the word actor) she gave a unique compliment for every person that was helping her and I have heard from a few people she's a great tipper.

). Ben Stiller is a real a-hole. I haven't met, but would think they are complete douchebags: Matt Damon, Affleck, Robbins, Maher, and O'Reilly. Actually, I'd like to see Maher and O'Reilly both fight till death.
