I’ve responded in a similar thread previously…
I didn’t realize Gary Busey was a person until the mid 90’s. I had always wrongly assumed it was Nick Nolte in all those movies.
My dad and I watched Surviving the Game, and I mentioned Nick Nolte. He said “that’s not Nick Nolte. That’s Gary Busey.”
Mind was blown.

I used to confuse Dylan McDermott and Dermot Mulroney when they both started showing up in films in the early 90s. I think that it had more to do with the names than the faces, though.
