Good.

Meanwhile USCe had no issue with taunting Flaujae with her father's rap songs. Puts into perspective what a trash human being Staley is.

Continuing my tradition of posting B&W pics of people no one has ever heard of:

Robert Williams
1894-1931

He made 3 films, most notably Frank Capra's Platinum Blonde - he died a few days before the premiere.

Williams was a unique combination of fast talking Cagney-type & '50s method actor. There was no other actor quite like him.

A Forgotten Star
quote:

In Platinum Blonde he gets a part he can sink his teeth into and boy does he use the opportunity! From the first moment he appears you recognize that this is someone to the manner born. He is witty, natural and completely in command of the screen, outshining Harlow and Young with ease. I remember thinking the first time I saw it just who is this guy?

It's sobering to think that if he hadn't made this film we wouldn't remember him at all now. I'm as sure as I can be that Robert Williams if he had lived would have been as huge a star as Grant, Gable, or Tracy. Tragic that his life was so cruelly cut short.

One of his best friends was an actor named Tom Gilson. Supposedly they met in NYC when they shared the same weed dealer

They both went to H'wood to make westerns

He married a Playmate & things seemed to be going well for him

But...

He was 28

Edwards married actor Tom Gilson on December 8, 1961, and had a son named Thomas S. Gilson Jr., who was born the same day. She separated from Gilson in August 1962 when he became abusive, after which she moved in with her sister and brother-in-law. On October 6, 1962, Edwards killed Gilson with a shotgun blast through the heart

'passed' comes in a variety of ways. Self inflicted (drugs), taken by health , accidents or violence.... it's a long list.

From Dana Plato to Michelle Trachtenberg. Rebecca Shaffer, Anton Yelchin... even young Heather O'Rourke.

Angel actors - Glenn Quinn, Andy Hallett,

Yeah, last I checked, still alive.

I think the term 'too soon' is lost on some.
