I don't see how this an indictment of society. It's ok for things to appeal to white men.

So "abuse" is now defined as not liking someone's product?

Their money spends the same. I don't understand what is so difficult to appeal to your base. I get trying to expand your reach but is there really such a honey hole of untapped money in the trans, black female, or or whatever other small community?

It's very rare that employing a marketing strategy of appealing to a extremely small minority of people actually works.

Subaru's marketing blitz targeting lesbians in a desperate attempt to gain ANY market is the only successful one I can think of off the top of my head. LINK But that was done out of necessity. They had no audience. Disney isn't in that situation with Star Wars. They had a built in audience that was HUNGRY for content, and they squandered it away.

Disney called out their fans as sexist and racist. . .

. . .what more does she want?

Is this a "if you don't renew the series, you aren't protecting us" plea?

Because that is just blackmail.

It’s still about forcing their views onto audiences more than making the best product.

These threads are always shitfest, but I think it’s hilarious that they starred “bull****” but kept “fricking” in the quote. Priorities I guess.
