Probably only watched about eight to ten of these shows. I have only seen one of the live action shows and i hated the creepy cartoons. Also, I would think hey Arnold would be in the animated category.

My word, i tore my brain apart trying to decide between Ren & Stimpy and Rocko. i felt like the Judgement of Solomon...

Pete and Pete is the only one I can still watch and actually enjoy. Kenan and Kel does not hold up, All That does not hold up, Doug is meh. Legends of the Hidden Temple is it's only competition, but Pete and Pete wins for me because of the intro (which makes me feel 10 years old again):

Legends of the Hidden Temple over Guts (second best match-up of the tourney and only goes to Legends because of the recent Grantland article explaining why Legends is the single greatest game show ever).

Double Dare over Figure It Out (I liked Figure it Out, but come on, son).


Round 2 - Animation:

Rocko's Modern Life over Doug (incredibly close call for me, but I absolutely love Rocko's Modern Life and Doug got a little old for me, though this is a minority view and I'm sure Doug will actually win)


Round 2 - Live Action:

Pete & Pete over Clarissa Explains It All in what is surely the soundest arse kicking this side of Alabama over Notre Dame.


Round 2 - Best Ensemble Cast:

Salute Your Shorts over Hey Arnold!, though Hey Arnold! will always hold a dear place in my heart (alongside Ah! Real Monsters!)


Round 2 - Best Game Show:

Legends of the Hidden Temple over Double Dare for reasons aforementioned.


Semi-Finals:

Pete & Pete over Rocko's Modern Life (despite my love for Rocko)

Salute Your Shorts over Legends of the Hidden Temple (almost too close to call for me - it was a coin toss).


Finals:

Pete & Pete over Salute Your Shorts in what may be the greatest showdown in the history of bracketing stupid shite. Donkey Lips gets punched in the mouth by Petunia and cries like an infant as Pete & Pete stand triumphantly over the bodies of their fallen foes.
