Too many honorable mentions, but The Wrestler might be the among the best cast films ever.

ETA: To the other Clayton fans ITT. Check out how the very ending compares to Zero Dark Thirty. The cab driver, C-130 pilot, Clooney, Chastain, mood, score and “just take me anywhere but here” placement line up in a very linear way.
