So is everyone now pretty much banking that Rhaegar and Lyanna had a legitimized marriage, and that Jon is not still a bastard? That has to be the case for Jon to be the literal Prince (heir to King Aerys II Targaryen) that was Promised (promise me Ned), right?

I'm a Hodor, but want to ask a question of the book readers. The whole theory of Jon being legitimized has been put forth by you guys--the book readers--because y'all know that the Targs practiced polygamy.
I have questions about names: given that Jon was still raised by the Starks(even though his name is Snow), would he adopt the Targareon family name? Also, would he drop the "Jon" and go with whatever his mother whispered to Ned was the name she gave him? That would seem out of character for the reluctant hero Jon we know, but maybe he finally gives in to his destiny and embraces it as best he can?
Also, I've seen other mentions that A=AC or something like that. Not just theories like R+L=J or the ridiculous HR=HS, but more a suggestion of 2 identities or something. The only name I remember some character we know being referred to sounded ike Marion Cotillard's real identity in the Dark Night movie(forgive my ignorance, I'm not a comic nerd). I don't want to be spoiled a huge reveal, just a hint as to how someone can be 2 people. Is it prophecies they are yet to fulfill or something?

A king can legitimize a bastard. Stannis offered it to Jon, Rob sent a letter with Maege Mormont. But we haven't seen her in a few seasons. She obliviously isn't on Bear Island since her younger sister is in charge.
Where's Maege been?
