He's awesome - our new Daniel Day Lewis with any luck. I'm rooting for Chalemet to have a brilliant career

Hulu just cut off the live stream because they didn’t code in the show going over the time slot lmao

I missed the opening because Hulu didn’t have it available. Had to sign up for a trial of fubo tv

Anora was great. Someone said it earlier but I think anybody on this board would find it enjoyable.

Mikey Madison has kind of a white trash look to her, like Livingston Parish or if you're familiar with Shreveport, SouthWest Shreveport/Bossier/Haughton, anything not South Highlands or along Line Aveneue/Ellerbe road.

I think Anora is benefitting from a vote split situation.

Anora deserved it, but all the nominees with the exception of Emilia Perez were worth watching. The Brutalist and I’m Still Here especially.

For best picture? It's rank choice voting. There is not a split that can happen.

For the other categories? Madison was the front runner until the Globes, and it was likely a close race with Demi. Baker has been a frontrunner for director the whole season.
