I'm yellowstoned out, that show has jumped the shark. It's completely absurd at this point.
I’m getting there… Ranch is losing 3 million a year? So instead of attempting to get that fixed, you run off to politic, and immediately void a 5 million dollar lease? So are we now losing 8 million?
Guess the horses out on the cutting horse circuit are on a losing streak.
Also, you have a helicopter, but rolling in Dodge’s and running Kubota tractors and not Deere’s?
Oh, and then that whole Paraquat and a Pyrethroid running down a creek and killing his cows flashback?
I mean, paraquat is dangerous, and that dude definitely shouldn’t have been spraying it out of a backpack sprayer, but acting like that small amount of Paraquat will kill a bunch of cows… Bitch, please.
eta: I really ain’t “getting there”. I’ll watch till the end.

I’m waiting on 1973 which is just Lloyd chasing tail and crushing coors on the rodeo circuit.

As far as I can tell, it killed a calf which is believable. I think he was just preempting it being a bigger issue.

Never saw any of it. Worth the fuss or are they over mining it?
Impressive cast, at least.

So Harrison ford plays Tim mcgraw’s character?
I loved McGraw in 1883, would’ve preferred they brought him back and just went heavy on the makeup.

Must be a brother or cousin that that joins the family out in Montana.
I was thinking he's obviously way too old to play the son in 1883, who would only be 45 in 1923.

yeah, there are few more Duttons in this version.
Apparently this is the guy who plays John Dutton Sr. The kid from 1883.
There's also a Spencer, Jack and Emma Dutton listed.

I thought 1883 was incredible better then Yellowstone.

Me too.. Side note- the current Dutton Yellowstone Ranch is 776,000+ acres (according to a google search). You don't get that much land without fricking a few people over in the process. Actually A LOT of people.
Looking forward to discovering how they ended up with such a huge piece.

Sheridan said james was John Dutton III's great, great, great grandfather.
going by this tree
That makes Spencer and John Sr. his great, great grandfathers.
But, John Jr is his father
is there a branch missing?

So 1883 is about Tim Mcgraw and family's journey to the ranch.
But 1923 (40 years later) will be about Tim Mcgraw's father (Harrison Ford) on the ranch? I'm very confused with this timeline.

Sebastian Roché as Father Renaud, headmaster of the school for American Indians.
Darren Mann as Jack Dutton, John Dutton Sr.’s son and great-nephew to Jacob Dutton. He is a dedicated rancher who is deeply loyal to his family.
Michelle Randolph as Elizabeth Strafford, a feisty and capable young woman set to marry into the Dutton family.
James Badge Dale as John Dutton Sr., the oldest nephew and right-hand man of Jacob Dutton.
Marley Shelton as Emma Dutton, the dutiful wife of John Dutton Sr. and the mother of Jack Dutton.
Brian Geraghty as Zane, a fiercely loyal ranch foreman.
Aminah Nieves as Teonna Rainwater, a young woman at a government residential boarding school.
Julia Schlaepfer as Alexandra, a British woman who meets one of the Duttons abroad.
Brandon Sklenar as Spencer Dutton, Jacob Dutton’s nephew, and John Dutton Sr.’s brother, who has witnessed the horrors of World War I.[3]
Robert Patrick as Sheriff William McDowell, a friend of the Dutton family.[4]
Jerome Flynn as Banner Creighton[5]
Jennifer Ehle as Sister Mary, an Irish nun who teaches at the school for American Indians in Montana.[6]
Timothy Dalton as Donald Whitfield, a powerful, self-confident man who reeks of wealth and the lack of empathy it requires to attain it. He is intimidating and nefarious and is used to getting what he wants.[

Harrison Ford plays Tim McGraw's brother I think. So it would appear he takes over the ranch when Tim McGraw dies (I'm sure this will be addressed at some point in the series)
