I've been watching baseball on television for 40+ yrs and I have NEVER seen a check swing replay from above and behind the plate.
Not one view from the first base side of home plate, where EVERY other replay for a RH batter comes from.
Do you have any insight for this for me?

What? It was showing him in the dugout right after he hit a 450 ft moonshot off of Darvish. It’s not at all rare to show the guy who just blasted one’s face in the dugout after doing so.
It’s not like they were looking for it. It was just poor timing.

Props to Yu for his words, especially after the biggest start in his career in which he completely flopped. Pretty obvious he knows this isn’t the kind of guy Yuri is and was just caught in a poor moment.

I mean there are of course certain things someone could do to get suspended in a world series, doesn't matter who they are lol.
A lot of writers on Twitter I know are calling for a suspension and for the league to be consistent in racist/phobic incidents because of Joyce being suspended for using a homophobic slur during the season.
But yeah, he's meeting w/ Manfred today. I assume it will be just a fine. I think a quick apology and the fact that Darvish isn't dwelling on it will help as well.
