If you are the road team in the playoffs in the NFL or NBA your team has to outplay the home team to win. In the NHL all it takes is for your goalie to outplay the home team's goalie. The only other sport where one player from one team can beat the other team on their own is baseball when a pitcher goes Justin Verlander or Madison Baumgartner during a playoff series.

I don’t. Particularly when the NHL office has already shown a preference

See that breakaway post?

That sums up the whole series. Just isn’t happening

I meant previous decisions.

Seattle has been better 5/7 of these games. I’m just still fricking pissed about Cogs.

I mean how is the nhl supposed to dictate a breakaway going off of the post?

How about the Department of Player Safety being consistent?

Even if Eberle was suspended Seattle would just be short him and McCann. Colorado would still be short Gabe, Helm, Nikolishin, and Cogs. You are still playing with a shorter deck either way.

I highly
Doubt this. If that were the case we would have whistles all over the place. I believe they have had only one penalty the whole game.
