It was strange to look up at the scoreboard where next to the players names in the line up was their current post season batting average. Of course next to A-Rod was the big .000!

I think Austin Jackson and Avila also have been hitless so far.

Ajax may end up with more K's than both teams score in the series combined

Hopefully the short rest has more of an effect on Verlander than Sabathia.

CC actually pitched two innings where Verlander only pitched one. Technically, CC had shorter rest. Although Verlander did throw almost as many pitches in his one inning that CC threw in 2

You cannot concede a game in a five game series. Pitching Burnett is a terrible idea. Dance with who brung ya.

Verlander isn't unbeatable, though it is laid out nicely for the Tigers.

I usually would agree baloo, but who can we bring in? The rookie on 2-3 days?

I'd maybe say Hughes but he missed time with the injury late...AJ may be the best bet.

2-0 Yankees early. Detroit got a lot of pitches out of CC in the first though.

4 walks

I'll take it.

CC won't last long if things keep going like this. Watch the Tigers hit into another DP though

CC has been garbage in big games the last couple years. He better pick his shite up if he wants that new contract.
