Lies
Torn achillies? No pain. 100% lies
Ive seen torn ligaments, a torn anterior cruciate for ex, miniscus, broken bones and torn achillies' several times over a "career" and not once did they show no pain. Not once. Your on crack if you think someone next to you "severed/exploded" his achillies and acted as if nothing was wrong.
That fight was full on staged. End of story bro. Sorry to tell truth about the fake ufc.

I didn’t say “no pain”
I said he drove home with no issue, as in, he didn’t fricking crash.
He walked off the court. He walked with a limp, but he walked off.
Like Kobe did after he blew his Achilles out.
I had another friend tear his ACL and walk off the field. He didn’t even go to the doctor for a day or two.
Your original argument made it sound like this was impossible, which is why I (and many others) called you out on your nonsense.
I hope this helps, but I doubt it will.

Retards commenting on a whole card because one fight didn't go as planned.....
That entire card was good, the headline fight just sucked.

If it was any fighter other than McGregor they aren’t running as wild with conspiracy theories.
It’s sports people get injured all the time. 37 year old that has spent 5 years doing nothing but partying and the last time he fought snapped his leg on a nasty kick getting injured isn’t a shocker.
It sucks it happened in a highly hyped main event but like you said the rest of the card was awesome. To me when watching a ufc card, Im not going to cry over a co-main ending in a minute with an absolutely nasty choke.
Having Conor headline this was a gamble for sure considering his injury history, time off and life style.

Wasn’t there a guy not that long ago who blew his knee out then knocked the other guy out? Watched it with my daughter and thought no way he can win.

It does happen from time to time where a fighter gets hurt and still manages to win. I don’t think anyone is going to beat Max though after tearing up their knee during the fight. He has a strong tough chin and the fact that he is so good on his feet would make it really hard to get the type of shot you would need on one leg. Max having as much power would absolutely savagely knock out an injured fighter especially one with a blown knee.

Hard to imagine a world where this statement could be controversial but here we are.

Not true. I've blown my knee out before, and walked away. His didn't look that bad.

In short: you are talking directly out your arse.
Yup, saw someone hobble off the field and almost return to the game. Turn acl.
Guy would've likely gone back into the game, if it wasn't for the trainer.
Baseball player for UAB shattered his leg between. Second and third. Muscles were so tight from a supposed cramp that it shattered his leg. Sounded like a starter pistol.

I just don’t get modern boxing and UFC fans. Anytime something like this happens, and it always has BTW, we have people who want to delegitimize everything a fighter or the sport has ever done. This is a fan problem, not a sport or fighter problem. Too many grown men with the minds of children projecting their stunted perception onto people in the arena.
Solid point, completely agree
Why does it have to be MMA vs boxing? Why can’t they just coexist on the internet together peacefully without all this posturing
It’s really strange to me

My best friend tore his Achilles while playing college football and he didn’t feel pain until he got to the hospital (might have been en route)
He said the only thing he felt at first was a snap, then he felt his calf muscle ‘roll up’ his leg, then his foot was just hanging there with no control
You’re clearly talking out of your arse. Not every medical emergency is the same and not everyone reacts the same. You’re a fricking clown, as usual

Didn’t mean to conflate of mix them, just meant combat sports.

Don't think that was the same fight. Tom ended up submitting the guy in the 2nd round. Michael Kuiper was the opponent's name.
I looked all over for the actual fight, but couldn't find it.
Here's the interview after the fight, though. Oh, and how he comes across on camera is how he is IRL. Fantastic lad that guy. Funny AF too.

Anyone who knows about a torn ligament, a twisted ligament, damaged meniscus or any injury in the knee is a very painful trauma in the knee joint and sometime hurts worse than a broken bone. The dude faked his shite and took yalls money like the idiots they think yall are.
I didn’t watch the fight, but I tore my ACL, MCL and meniscus playing basketball and felt relatively little immediate pain. I almost went back in the game but something in the back of my mind told me that pop I felt was possibly serious. It wasn’t until I woke up the next morning and my knee was the size of a cantaloupe that reality set in.
