Their hands were tied. They couldn't properly manage and control the obvious situation because the perp was Black.

It’s so infuriating how big ten people act like the SEC schools are hillbilly organizations and this is the kind of trailer park shite that is going on at Michigan of all places.

Dirty organization. Should be suspended from all post season and forfeit all revenue until cleared by NCAA
With Penn State, NCAA already sent the message they don't care what you do as long as you have a big name.
SMU: Death Penalty
Pedo State: Oh...we can't be THAT harsh on them.
Nothing of substance will happen to Michigan.

Just the latest dirty play by Michigan to do anything it could to beat Ohio State. Cheat, cheat and cheat, win a tainted title and then everyone runs for the hills

Vrabel didn't do anything at OSU
As soon as the Meyer/Smith stuff came out Meyer got suspended within a week then was told to pack his bags at year end. They said he retired but OSU let him go
Neither of the above were cheating the sport related at all? WTF are we even doing here? Michigan cheated on the field of play

Again the Tress thing was off the field and wasn't even really a thing at all. Trading tattoos for rings and bartering should always have been allowed.
And again...OSU didn't cover it up and fired Tress
How many times do you have to be wrong to admit you are? You were supposed to serve a ban bet for NFL things years ago and never did, so probably no time soon

No mention of the doctor picture raping your athletes for decades?
Ohio state is slightly more dirty than Michigan over the years. Sorry
In a 10 year stretch recently you had multiple football coaches forced to resign over multiple different cheating/improper allegations
You also have university doctors raping your athletes as you allow it to happen.
How can you not see this?
This would be like me yelling at another fanbase for being drunks

Ohio state fans have their issues but they don't carry the white knight cleanest program in a dirty sport arrogance that michigan fans do

What cheating did Meyer do? The improper allegations were about his son in law who was an assistant coach and those ended up being completely false BTW. I am happy Meyer is gone but that was also overblown

This has nothing to do with anything in the last 20 years. It's not relevant at all.
For some reason you keep ignoring that Michigan was cheating ON THE FIELD.

Unfortunately, cases like this will force university administrators to establish rigorous control and management oversight for athletic departments.
No longer can the billion dollar enterprises be led by a PE coach. You will see coaches pushed down the authority ladder and corporate control and governance experience lead the organization.
The corporatization of college athletics was already fast approaching. Incidents like this will only accelerate the transition.
And at the end of the day, it is probably a good thing when this much money and an institution’s reputational risk are on the line.

Michigan FB really went of the rails after Carr retired. Ohio State and Dantonio enjoyed success against UM and it appears that all sense of logic and decency went out the window. Harbaugh was a great hire, but the level of corruption and cheating UM put up with is astounding.
Michigan acted like other programs they thought they were better than. I can imagine Fritz Crisler and Bump Elliott are rolling over in their graves. Bo is most likely blaming Ohio State and Michigan State for this.
