New/expanded playoff format for MLB actually makes a title for either the rays or dodgers more difficult and well deserved.
Had the astros won the WS with a sub .500 regular season winning % it would be a sham and only possible via the pandemic format.

This is true. The two best teams are in the World Series.
Hockey Tampa was an elite team, so not a sham. Basketball Lakers were an elite team, so not a sham.
All the titles have gone to teams they should go to. So not sure how any can be called a sham. It's not like it's the 10-6 Giants beating the undefeated Patriots to where you have merit in claiming "wtf"

In this instance, the 2 best teams in baseball are playing for the championship. The nlcs featured the 2 best teams in the national league. The dodgers beat the third best team in the divisional round.
Safe to say the best team in baseball will also be the winner of this year’s World Series.

60 games is a joke no matter how you slice it. I didn't have a problem with NHL or NBA since they had played most of their seasons.
