Living here the difference is the Mexicans will go into debt to see Mexico play while Americans aren’t paying the prices. Tickets for this game were $150-$200 on the secondary market and they will pay it. Same with soccer where us fans aren’t paying crazy $$$ to see the us play anything.

I'm willing to bet few of them speak English. Really don't know why you care. It's a baseball game. It's not that serious

If you moved overseas permanently for work, would you start rooting against the United States?
No, but I doubt the entire stadium would be there with me cheering against the country’s home team.

US crowds suck. all the other games are rowdy af and we're like a Texas longhorn wine and cheese crowd

you aren't from Italy. most of these people are born and raised in mexico.
I would bet most of these Mexican fans were born and raised in US. They have a ton of national pride but they’d never move there.
A lot of countries have a lot more national pride than Americans where nationalism is taboo

I don't see how that's relevant. Our people didn't pay to go to this game. Theirs did

lol no one gets upset at people being rabid fans of their country's athletic teams. that isn't nationalism

Hell of a tag by the catcher there.
I think there might be more Mexico fans than USA fans at this game given it's in Houston.
