The NCAA should be the least of his worries if this is true. I am sure that there are some seedy individuals out there that lost money on that game. I'd be worried about getting my thumbs broken.

If proven, he will never be signed by an NFL team. Thats a $50 million dollar screw up. That's what I would be worried about if I were him.

Meh. They'll just come down hard on the UAB kid and maybe punish UAB a bit. And since there are rumors that UAB may shut down its football program anyway, this may be convenient.

It's not the NCAA he has to worry about. It's the FED's.
All point shaving investigations are done by the FBI under the RICO act. They will be crawling up his arse with a microscope.
If those transcripts are real he is screwed. He will go to prison for this. FSU will be vacating wins and possibly natty. He will lose the Heisman and will never ever play in the NFL.

I said if it's true. If there are allegations if will be investigated. The fed's have subpena powers and they will use them. If that conversation really took place then it will be found and he will be screwed.
If that bet really took place on the 1st half of the Louisville game then I absolutely believe there was something going on. You just don't make a bet like that it is a red flag or if you do then you spread the money around and don't bet 5-10x your normal bet on some crazy 1st half score bet.....
