NC State would be a good fit. However, I think he is waiting to see what happens with the Texas job.
If Terry wins today (vs. Tennessee) and backs into the NCAA Tournament, I think Texas may keep him on for one more season. If he doesn't and Texas is left out of the field, they will probably make a move on Sunday or Monday.
I don't know if Wade would be Texas's top choice. But I'm pretty confident Texas would be Wade's top choice.

Who tf isn’t buying players nowadays. He's playing the game he’s always played. The NCAA was too big of cowards to after Coach K, Williams, Izzo etc. They gave Self a slap on the wrist, and used Wade as the example.

It was a one time push that LC cant/won't sustain, especially without Wade.
Not a bad thing, was good while it happened.
But I know LC and McNeese. They will try and cover awakes positions with some local "popular " coach and make you believe he can garner local recruits, etc.

Who’s to say they won’t offer Chambers the job. Wades right hand man. It would be a seamless transition and keep money in the program and sustain it. Don’t just write off McNeese after Wade leaves. They will support a winner.

I can’t wait for WW to get out of LOUISIANA so these clowns will shut up about him coming back to LSU.
