Right? Look at Michigan's Schedule

Colorado State (2-9)
Hawaii (3-9)
UCONN (6-6)
Maryland (6-5)
Iowa (7-4)
Indiana (4-7)
Penn St (9-2)
MSU (5-6)
Rutgers (4-7)
Nebraska (3-8)
Illinois (7-4)

They've played 2 games against teams with winning records in the last 2 months. What a fricking joke

the playoffs were created out of necessity when it was obvious that you REGULARLY have more than a measly two teams that had done enough over 13 weeks to have a case for title contention.

Yeah but there’s never more than 4 such teams. Certainly not 12.

What makes you an expert because you watch games. You are biased like the committee.

Alabama truly doesn't factor into the playoff decision this year at all

Just wait until Bama makes the playoffs. It’s not far fetched at all.

then play UAB and USC doesn't pass them even though they crushed Colorado and then beat UCLA

It's relative. I guarantee you if LSU only beat UAB by two scores USC would have jumped us. We did what we should have done against UAB, they SKATED by UCLA. Those are even performances. USC did not outperform LSU last weekend.

I mean, he’s not wrong. The rankings are all kinds of screwed up. Bring back the BCS.

All they’ve done is put themselves into a position to put LSU in if they win out without people losing their minds, which is exactly what should be done for a 1 or 2 loss SEC champ.

Imagine the outrage of LSU were 7 or 8, but won out and they jumped them 4 spots over USC in the final polls. It would be worse than the whining we’re getting now. Everyone knows deep down which team out of LSU and USC would have earned a spot if they were both to win out, and it’s not the team out west with no defense and a charmin soft schedule.

In a year where only a few 1 loss teams remain, the committee knows exactly what they’re doing with these rankings.

I'm sorry, but beating BAMA holds way more weight than beating 8-2 UCLA

If he wants to talk strength of schedule why doesn't he criticize Michigan?

If he wants to talk about how the teams have won why isn't he critical of OSU, Michigan and TCU who have struggled big time against weak teams?

This is why he shouldn't be taken seriously. He always says one side and never both. He is incapable of being completely honest. He just says facts about one-side which is the definition of being bias

Go look at where the BCS has Alabama and LSU then slap yourself.

USC and maybe Clemson should be ahead of LSU.

Based on what? None of these team’s conferences has done shite in OOC for the most part.

Utah lost to UF for goodness sake. Oregon got blasted by UGA. Yes FSU beat LSU, but it was a 1 point win despite LSU shooting itself in the foot in almost historic fashion.

Best Pac12 win? Michigan State? Wisconsin?

For the ACC, the LSU win for FSU is their best win. Outside of that, what y’a got? Purdue?

FSU beating LSU is probably the single best OOC win. In fact it absolutely is.

Four teams has always been the right number. The solution is so easy: BCS formula, top 4 teams.

If you believe the BCSKnowHow Twitter page, the playoff committee has selected the same 4 teams that the BCS would have every year since the playoff began.
