Why is the Sun Bowl the only bowl on CBS?

Every year the only bowl on CBS in the Sun Bowl which doesn't even involve a team from the SEC. Why does CBS always only show this one bowl?

ESPN/ABC basically owns the bowls. I know Fox has Cotton, Holiday, and maybe a few others, but it's been this way for a while.

I like how petty ESPN is about it too. Won't even share where it airs.
But they will let us know Northwestern has a 53 percent chance of winning their Bowl game, and Mississippi State has Todd McShay's 15th beat CB prospect.

Yeah I imagine it would be slightly better now because at least Fox has college specific announcers now. I like ESPN's coverage of college football for the most part.

I meant on the main network. Why does CBS have the Sun Bowl as their only P5 bowl instead of the Citrus or another SEC bowl was the point of the original post.

I love Wanstedt and Leinart. Robert Smith sucks. I think Fox's coverage is pretty good. Plus then we'd get Gus calling the natty and that would be epic.
I pretty much hate all the try-hards at ESPN. Pollack sucks, McFarland sucks, Herbstreit sucks, Galloway sucks, Trevor Matich sucks. Chris Fowler is a bad play by play guy for big games. He has a terrible voice.
Most of ESPN's on-air talent is abysmal.
