Exactly. People across the country can communicate across the country and opinions can be seen instantly.
Every mistake James makes gets blown into something huge, because people want to believe that all time greats never made mistakes on the court.

FTR i am not saying Lebron can't get there. And I don't necessarily think it means all that much that Jordan was 28 when he won his first and that Lebron is 28 and playing in his 4th finals. The NBA/free agency is so much different now than it was in the early 90's.

Can you imagine if Twitter and facebook existed during the Celtic/Lakers battles from the 80's? Or those two vs the Bad Boys....hell throw in the Bulls vs the Pistons? shite you could go for it all and throw New York Vs Miami or Indiana from the 90's? OMG the world would fricking explode.

Difficult to root for anyone who anoints themselves a king or "the chosen one"! He is just a freaking douche! Plain and simple. It is easier to like humble people. Imagine someone in your group of friends that acted like he acts. He would be ridiculed. For example, picture one of your boys doing the chalk toss before a pickup game! What the frick would you think about him? 
I will say he is getting a little better as he gets older. I thought it was really cool when that fan hit the half court shot and he genuinely looked thrilled for the dude and went out and celebrated with him. But the bottom line is that he is a freaking douche and that's why he gets hate.

I wish I liked him, I really do. But the decision that was an hour long was just him blowing himself and everyone else joining in. Spare me the, "it was for charity crap," just another thing to make himself look better.
Not to mention the way he carried himself afterwards and how he let Cleveland know. Pathetic.
