Houston had to pay Whitey Ford to use that term. Part of the deal was that Whitey Ford couldn't sign anything Chairman of the Board for a certain time period.

They still have good names. Breesus, Muscle Hamster, Famous Jameis, etc.
The story with that was his grandma would call him pretty and people thought she was saying Penny. Also, his mom is dumb as a box of rock and thought Anfrenee is how you spell Anthony. Or so I was told.
