He has good points. Always has had good points. I personally like him but he can annoy the absolute piss out of me at times.
Over the top yelling for long periods of time.
Inane interviewees that he treats like royalty.
“Hump day” just might be the most annoying thing I’ve ever heard.
Ryan Theriot is probably the best regular guest he has and he’s definitely the most knowledgeable baseball guest he has but he’s relegated to poop and pee jokes because Matt thinks it’s funny.
He seems like a genuine guy and I think he really loves LSU athletics but he can’t figure out if he wants to be a shock jock or a real radio personality and the constant flip flopping gets tiring.

He’s a polished radio guy and a real fan with local flavor. Theriot segment is good during LSU baseball season but terrible outside of that. All other guests are great. I like listening when he sticks to sports but roll my eyes every time he rants about covid.
Bro we all hate covid. NFL on-field mask mandates are dumb, so I’ll give him that. But when he talks about how he thinks it’s stupid that a team with 19 sick players postponed a game I can’t help but think, “people like you are the reason we’re in the position that we are in”.
UF would’ve postponed the game if 19 players had the flu or the chicken pox too, but that shite doesn’t happen does it? Hoaxers won’t hear it.

While I agree he can be a pretty big douchebag sometimes, I do think he's smart and has a good reputation. Overall I do like the guy.

The Ryan Clark and Theriot segments are horrible. Mike D is the best segment of the week. Other than that, I tolerate him on the ride home most of the time, although I wish we had better. Love H&H. Hanny is in a class by himself.

Some think he's arrogant and I do think he likes him some him and that he kind of is.
However, I think he's prepared and intelligent and for the most part I enjoy his show.
The segment with Russ Mitchell is getting unbearable though, they both do the fake talk/laugh through the whole segment. I'm gonna start skipping that on Wednesdays.
