It's doesnt make any sense . I could see having 2 if you actually used 1 of them but not using either is beyond stupid

I saw one player w 2 in college and a 3rd stuck in an air hole on helmet

Just seems playing receiver or DB, it would be irritating as hell trying to track the ball with one, and especially two of those things, bouncing up and down in front your face.

And I can understand if it's being done because after several back to back plays someone in one of those outside skill positions might be able to run better breathing through their mouth instead of nose, but then why the hell even have it on the facemask at all?

Which again, still doesn't explain having two.
