He will be a good NFL receiver. His size, speed, and strength will create match up problems, especially if he is paired with another good WR who might draw the coverage of the top corner on the opposing defense. We saw this tonight actually to some extent.

They weren't shite on offense and had plenty draftable talent.

This had more to do with the guy that calls a triple option with a pocket passing quarterback trying to upset the No. 1 team in the country on a 2-point conversion.

Look at Dawson Knox

He wasn't that good at Ole Miss. Aj Brown was the good one.

Pretty certain DK’s and AJ’s production was pretty similar up until Metcalf’s injury their final year.

And DK averaged over 20 yards per catch. Pretty damn good.

That's just sad for a player pretty much at any level past peewee, much less a damn NFL player.

In 12 games Metcalf had 646 yds and 7 TDs

My bad, they did although Metcalf still wasn't doing much against the good competition except for that long TD on the first play against Bama.

Shea Patterson screwed up when he decided to transfer from Ole Miss. He only looked good as a sophomore because he had AJ Brown and Metcalf as his receivers. He would have those guys for another year if he had stuck around. He should have stayed at Ole Miss for another year, put up great numbers with Brown and Metcalf, and then turned pro.
