How did you stump me? A 2nd round playoff team, you thought they could beat the Heat. NOW you're saying this all should have been expected.
The team that beat the Lakers that year made Lebron its bitch...or did you block that out too?

Jordan forced out guys he didn't like - Collins, Cartwright and Perdue and pushed for guys he wanted Jackson, Rodman and Pippen.
It wasn't collusion because Jordan had all the power and was calling the shots.
Is that somehow better?
I've always said this but people NEVER respond to me.
Jordan said he was going to leave if they didn't put talent around him. They got Pippen.
Chicago>Cleveland in every way

Surely, you're not being serious there.

I know, you're going to try and say the Lakers and Mavs teams were just twice as good as any team in the NBA now, but that would be you just grasping for anything you can to crawl out of the box you can't get out of.

F2B is trolling the MSB now?

I think he's mad that with kobe out, the lakers may actually play better. Imagine who they could have brought in if they had kobe's money to spend! I guarantee they would be higher than an 8th seed

Both teams made moves
Cleveland just a sucks at making them
Still doesn't change the fact lebron had to team up with a top 2 Sg and a top 3 pf to win a title

In this world where all fans talk about is selfish athletes who care about money and don't care if their teams win or not, you don't find it the least bit refreshing to find just about an entire team, not just the big 3, getting paid less than their market value(at the time they signed) to sacrifice personal accomplishments for the good of the team accomplishment, winning a title?
Interesting...

These guys colluded and structured their contracts years in advance to win
I don't understand why people think this was such a crime.
Who doesn't want to get the best players possible in order to have the best chance to win a title?
By every indication the Lakers are structuring their contracts/cap space to make a run at Lebron after next year. I don't see the difference btw a GM doing it and a player doing it.

Not really injuries have decimated the team

You really need lessons in this
You're using this LOGIC
P1: A > B
P2: A > C
C: C > B
And that would be INVALID
Real world application:
Year 2001:
P1: Lakers sweep San Antonio
P2: Lakers beat Philadelphia
Ergo: it is necessarily true Philly would beat SA bc they weren't swept by the Lakers
again

Exactly.
You think if Kobe was playing in Cleveland and he had the same teams Lebron was on he would have stayed?

Stay != running to your rival peers like a bitch

Any team you want. That's why I used placeholders. It's a LOGICAL argument.

Stay !=
There's no difference in the 2 statements.

I forgot that if your rival peers come to you, it's okay. Different method, but in the end, the results are the same.
