Who's Your CFB Playoff 4 and Runner-Ups?

Big 10 Winner (As long as from the East)
1 Loss Big 12 Winner
Oregon
Runner Up #1*: Cincy (Has to remain unbeaten)
Runner Up #2*: UGA/Bama Loser (Into the #3 spot to avoid an immediate Semis rematch)
Runner Up #3: Big 10 East Runner Up (Provided the Winner is still present)
Runner Up #4: Big 12 Runner Up (Provided the Winner is still present)
*Note: I don't see UGA losing to Bama in the SECCG, but if they do, they are Runner-Up #1.

If Cincy remains undefeated, there is absolutely no reason a one loss Oklahoma should get in before them. None.
OU has struggled to barely win against below average teams as well this season, so that can’t be the knock on Cincy.
The only reason is that the CFP is a P5 invite only, and the people making the decisions should just come out and say it.

I think Cincy may just be able to sneak in if
1) They remain unbeaten and look dominant
