This draft is chock full of early picks that are going to be huge busts IMO, especially at the skill positions.

There are currently nine teams with either three(3) or four(4) wins.

There’s a chance for a lot of movement in the draft order the final week.

They need to cancel the first round and just start on the 2nd round

They like old QBs. They will sign Cousins after Falcons cut him before the march deadline. Then they will draft the best OL on the board.

This team has so many needs. They’ve also drafted very poorly in the high rounds over the last decade.

Trade down and get as many picks as you can.

Not a QB

probably an OT

So we will probably pick a QB and extend our hell by 3-4 years

Worst QB draft in decades

There’s been some really rough years in recent memory, including some where the top QBs aren’t even in consideration for the top pick. There was that one year where EJ Manual was the only QB taken in the first at pick 13. And was awful.

I’m not super high on the QBs in this class, but I will keep in mind that people think the QB class is terrible EVERY YEAR no matter who’s in the draft. If I was bored enough I would go find previous years draft threads where everyone talks about how dog shite all the QBs actually are because the posters saw them lose once in college

Then naturally when these takes age poorly, the same crew will be yelling “duh! No brainer if you saw him in college! I always knew he was great!” Or they will still say it doesn’t count because he hasn’t won a Super Bowl or something even if they get like 5 MVPs.

Also keeping in mind the position is a complete crapshoot and no one really knows whose going to be good and who isn’t, I always recommend against making super strong takes about any draft class before it happens

I like Hunter and he’s a great athlete but I don’t know if you can justify taking him that high, when you’re a team with so many holes he’s more of a luxury pick

Trade down. Otherwise, take Oline or Abdul Carter

Dynamics on these picks and positions is going to be very influenced by how FA and trades work out

Hard to imagine the titans roll out Levis another year so they will either make a play for a veteran or be very much in the mix for one of these QBs. And they’ve done the “mid round QB” route a few times and come up empty, may be hungry to take a bigger swing.

Guessing they try hard for a veteran so they can pick an Olinemen given who the head coach is
