Was anyone better than Herschel at running the ball at UGa?
Blocking on the OL than John Hannah or Johnathan Ogden?
Playing the interior DL than Ndamakong Suh?
How about Prime Time at DB?

There are too many different skills on the field to say ONE player is better at his particular skill set than another player is at his.

I'm younger than some, and I don't really watch any other conferance besides the SEC. So this kind of become "Who was the best player in the in the SEC in the last 15 years?" for me. Career wise that is Tebow. From dominance and impressiveness in individual games and a season that is Cam Newton.

Best season I have ever seen belongs to TM7, as long as you don't count the BCSNCG. The best career I have ever seen belongs to Tim Tebow.

Yeah, because Florida lost so many games during his career

It's a team game, Tennessee did not beat Florida.

But Peyton Manning is not the answer anyway, I'm pretty sure you know the correct answer

Manning started 3 games vs Fla. 2 at the Swamp. Florida did not lose a home game for 5 years. Manning did not start against them his Fr year. His Soph-Sr years (95-97) Florida lost only 4 games: 95 1 to Nebraksa (Team GOAT) in NCG. 96 1 at #2 unbeated FSU and then 2 in 97 at LSU and UGA (Jax). To hold it against Manning that he did not do what no one else did during his career (win at Fla) is silly. Florida was just a better team.

Are you denying its a team game? In Mannings 3 starts vs UF, The Gators scored 62, 35 and 33 points. How is that his fault?

There is NO doubt its A team game I don't blame peyton at all. But in 1997 the Heisman was his IF TENN beats FLA....
