It would be lame if this was pre-Caitlin Clark era, when the WNBA was hardly a blip on anybody's sports radar.
This summer, we have players complaining about pay, players complaining about fans asking for autographs, players bullying the superstar (when she's actually healthy), Portnoy being an obnoxious courtside superfan, fans getting kicked out for laughing at a player losing her wig, and now dildos on the court.
The league is a total circus that peak SNL and Monty Python couldn't lampoon any further. The more dildos, the funnier IMO.

It’s because the WNBA is a laughing stock. And after the “pay us what you owe us” nonsense by the players this league deserves all the hilarious dildos they can get on that floor.

Python would lampoon it by doing the full Piranha Brothers treatment, which would basically deadpan a lot of what actually happened with a few tweaks on top.

If the league would just fold, not only would the dildoes stop being thrown on the court, but the issues with appropriate pay for the product produced would be solved also.
A protracted strike or lockout would probably work too.
